Oracle Developer
Responsibilities:
  • build and maintain OLTP system;
  • take full ownership of all back-end applications build on PL/SQL;
  • meet the expectations of business users by designing, developing and maintaining new features of the processing application;
  • participate in architectural and model decisions during the design and build phases of new products;
  • ensure formal documentation is produced for all development projects;
  • develop, test and deploy SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience/Skills:
  • university Degree;
  • 2+ years experience working with Oracle in a development role;
  • excellent knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (sql tunning, supplied PL/SQL Packages);
  • knowledge of the Oracle architecture;
  • skill in system design;
  • knowledge of Oracle APEX is plus;
  • basic knowledge of Oracle database administration is plus;
  • solid Communication skills - Must have the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical users in both an oral and written manner.
  • must also be able to demonstrate ability to troubleshoot technology and business problems. Must work well independently and in a team environment.
